Refund Policy

Effective date: March 23, 2026

SpawnRadar offers a free in-app trial and sells paid subscriptions through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds and buyer rights for paid purchases are handled in line with Paddle's policies and applicable law.

1. Free trial

SpawnRadar's free trial is managed directly by us. No payment method is required to start the trial and trial expiration does not create a charge. If you later choose to subscribe, the paid purchase is processed separately through Paddle.

2. Subscription cancellations

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through Paddle's buyer portal or the link in your billing emails. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again after that.

3. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights and refund eligibility for paid purchases are handled according to Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. Eligible buyers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction in line with Paddle's policy and any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

4. How to request a refund

The free trial does not involve a payment, so there is nothing to refund unless you have completed a paid purchase. To request a refund for a paid subscription, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle email receipt, or visit paddle.net.
