Terms of Service

1. The service

SpawnRadar helps game developers research outreach opportunities, discover relevant creators and communities and review suggested outreach drafts before sending anything manually.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and using the service.

3. Billing and subscriptions

Paid access is billed as a recurring subscription through Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are shown before applicable tax unless stated otherwise.

SpawnRadar may offer a free trial that is managed directly by us. No payment method is required to start the trial and trial access expires automatically unless you later choose to start a paid subscription through Paddle.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel billing from your account billing flow, through Paddle's buyer tools, or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SpawnRadar to break platform rules, scrape data in a way that violates third-party terms, send unlawful or deceptive outreach, spam recipients, abuse trial access, or interfere with the service.

5. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the game descriptions, messaging, tags, and other content you submit. You give us a limited right to process that information as needed to operate and improve SpawnRadar.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or change parts of the service over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security work, or operational reasons.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SpawnRadar if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created legal or security risk, or used the product in a way that could harm us or other users. We may also suspend access where necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

If your account is terminated, your right to use the service ends immediately and you may lose access to account data, saved research and subscription features.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SpawnRadar is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outreach result, campaign performance, creator response rate, or commercial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may notify users through the service or by email.
